Thank you for writing this. Things will never change if we all keep quiet. Netflix has learned that they can treat us like this and get away with it. Sadly, we are left with the trauma and scars as Netflix moves on without issue.

I stand with you badmanager critic. I know your pain. The worst part...is seeing these managers still employed. Netflix needs to do better...start with getting rid of LB and BossMan!
